Nico is a Junior Project Manager at March Capital Management. In this role, he is responsible for construction, entitlement, and stabilization processes across multiple asset classes.

Nico brings a strong background in real estate development, architectural design, brokerage, and market analysis. Prior to joining MCM, he worked as a market analyst at The Concord Group and interned at CBRE.

Nico holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Design from the University of California Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Tulane University. Outside of work, he enjoys surfing and playing piano.
