Nico is a Junior Project Manager at March Capital Management, where he is responsible for due diligence and underwriting, entitlement, construction, and stabilization processes across various projects.

Nico brings a strong background in real estate development, architectural design, brokerage, and market analysis. Prior to joining MCM, he worked at The Concord Group and CBRE.

Nico holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Design from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Tulane University. Outside of work, he enjoys surfing and playing piano.
