Mr. Yuko is a seasoned real estate professional with over 25 years of experience across residential and commercial development. He has led acquisitions and ground-up projects throughout the United States and Latin America, with more than $900 million in transactions spanning planning, execution, and delivery.

Mr. Yuko oversees the full lifecycle of each investment, ensuring seamless coordination from acquisition through construction and stabilization. With a background in design and construction, he brings a practical, execution-focused approach that balances high design standards with disciplined cost management.

Prior to joining MCM, Mr. Yuko served as Managing Director of Development at Marquette Companies. He also serves on the board of a local community development corporation, where he contributes his expertise to LIHTC projects.

Mr. Yuko holds a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
